OUR TRUST

Annual Reporting & Statutory Information

Transparency and accountability are cornerstones

We believe it is essential that our parents, staff, and wider community have clear and accessible insight into our performance, financial health, and strategic direction. Transparency is a cornerstone of our trust, and we are committed to sharing the information that matters most.

This section provides access to our key statutory documents, including annual reports, audited financial statements, funding agreements, and governance arrangements. These materials reflect our dedication to accountability, responsible stewardship, and continuous improvement.

We are proud of the progress we are making and the impact we are having across our schools. By sharing our performance and plans openly, we aim to build trust, foster collaboration, and demonstrate our commitment to delivering high-quality education for every child in our care.

If you have any questions or would like to explore any aspect of our reporting in more detail, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We welcome dialogue and are always happy to provide further information.

Gender Pay Gap Reporting

The government requires academy trusts to report specific gender pay gap information on their website every year. The deadline for reporting each year is 30th March, and the data required is based on a snapshot date of 31 March in the previous year.

On 31st March 2025 the trust had fewer than 250 employees and so is not required to publish gender pay gap data this year.

The trust will publish full gender pay gap data in 2027 based on the number of staff employed as at 31st March 2026.

As a newly established trust, some of our annual reporting and statutory information is still being developed and will be published in due course. We are committed to transparency and compliance, and our Trust Board is actively working to ensure all required documentation is made available as soon as possible.

If you have any questions or would like further information in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re happy to provide updates and share what we can during this initial phase.
