Our Shared Vision.
- To establish a multi academy trust comprising schools in the South Walsall area, centred on the existing Broadway Cluster of schools.
- To create a genuine family of schools enabling children and their families to benefit from an outstanding education from 2-18 years of age.
- To ensure that progress and outcomes are maximised through outstanding teaching and learning, joined up curriculum planning, carefully planned transition and a broad and balanced curriculum for all.
- To promote diversity and inclusion through a commitment to work collaboratively to overcome any barriers including deprivation, discrimination, special educational needs and disabilities.
- To share, collaborate and benefit from the collective talent and expertise that exists within each of the academies in the trust including cross phase training and support, sharing of best practice and access to specialist facilities. This will enable all academies in the trust to and benefit from economies of scale enabling resources to be used more effectively.
- To improve the life chances for all young people in our academies, developing their skills and talents and enabling them to lead fulfilling, healthy and successful lives.
